Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order, whether it's coffee, tools, accessories, or apparel.
For coffee, because it's a fresh product, we can’t accept returns on opened bags.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as a wrong item, damaged packaging, or any other problem, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve it. If it's our mistake, we'll cover all shipping costs.
For non-coffee items (like apparel, coffee tools, or accessories), you can return unused and unworn products within 14 days of delivery.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping.
