Sortie is a specialty coffee brand based in Thessaloniki, Greece. We offer fresh specialty coffee, merchandise, and coffee-related products through our online store.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved providers.

3. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Full details are provided in our Shipping Information page.

4. Returns

We accept returns on merchandise and accessories, under the conditions described in our Returns & Replacements. Coffee products cannot be returned once opened.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, designs, product names, and images — is the property of Sortie and may not be used without permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. By using our site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws.
